The right bench size is different for each individual, and is actually related to how tight your body is, rather than leg length. For most people, a Medium size works best. Use the guide below to help determine the right bench size for you. Begin by kneeling on the ground and then sitting back on your feet to measure your comfort.

| Extra Small | The XS size is good if you are 5 ft or less, 5 – 11 years old, or are more flexible than average. |
| Small | If you kneel and can sit on your feet without tightness in your thighs or knees, a small would work well for you |
| Medium | If you need a little elevation off your feet to feel comfortable, a medium should work great for you. |
| Large | If you feel tightness in the thighs and need to be raised an extra inch or two to feel comfortable, then a large would be best |
