We sit for mental clarity. Our minds are cluttered with the noise and chatter of our world. When we open to sitting in stillness we create space for a clear and peaceful mind to happen. Sitting can rebalance our perspective and priorities.

We sit to get in touch with our emotional self, to become aware of our fears and develop trust with our deeper self. As we acknowledge our fears we allow our most true self to be fully expressed. This is courageous.
